What types of design services do you provide?

I create custom virtual design packages that can include detailed floor plans, elevations, 2D and 3D views, and photorealistic renderings. I work on residential new builds, remodels, and select commercial projects.

Do you pick out furniture or decor?

No. My work focuses on the structural and material aspects of a space, including layouts, cabinetry, tile, lighting, and built-ins.

How long will my project take?

Timelines vary based on project size and complexity. Most projects are finished within 5–7 business days, and your exact turnaround time will be outlined in your proposal before we begin.

Are revisions included?

Yes. Every project comes with one round of minor revisions. Additional revisions can be added at the hourly rate.

How do I get in touch during the process?

Email or text is the quickest way to reach me throughout your project. You’re welcome to contact me anytime with questions or updates.

Do you work with clients outside my area?

Yes, I work virtually with clients nationwide. In-person meetings may be available in the Birmingham, AL and Atlanta, GA areas upon request.

Can my contractor use these drawings?

Absolutely. Your final files are delivered in a format that can be easily shared with your builder, contractor, or design team.

Terms Of Service

1. Payment

All design packages are paid in full before work begins.
Projects will not start until payment has been received.
Once design work has started, payments are non-refundable.

2. Project Timeline

Typical turnaround is 5–7 business days, depending on project size.
Revision rounds are delivered within 3 business days after feedback is received.
Delayed client responses may extend the project timeline.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide: Accurate and complete measurements of the space; Any needed notes, preferences, or project details; Timely responses to questions or approvals.
The designer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect measurements or changes made on site.

4. Revisions & Scope Adjustments

Each design package includes one round of minor revisions.
Minor revisions include: Minor shifts to cabinetry, fixtures, or appliances and finish or material swaps.
Additional edits, new design directions, adding or removing large features, or major layout changes will be billed as add-ons at the hourly rate, invoiced before delivery.

5. Design Limitations & Liability

All drawings are conceptual and intended for visualization and planning only. They are not construction documents.
The designer is not liable for: Building code compliance, Structural decisions or engineering, Contractor execution or site conditions, Measurement errors supplied by the client.

Builders and contractors must verify all dimensions on site before any work begins.

6. File Ownership & Use

The designer retains ownership of all design files.
Designs may be shared in the designer’s portfolio, website, or marketing materials.

7. Cancellations

After design work has begun, no refunds will be issued.

8. Acceptance of Terms

Submitting payment confirms that the client has reviewed and agrees to these Terms of Service, including all project details, fees, timelines, and deliverables.
